Ashley has this magical ability to view life as a journey made up of thought out goals and affirmations. Her very down to earth, sensible and pragmatic way of speaking on the subject of life’s journey makes it not so overwhelming and actually easy to follow. As someone who has anxiety, I struggle a lot with overthinking and under-doing. These videos have helped me stop and realize it’s easier than that.
